Job Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, focusing on administrative support, contract handling, and employee records management. The intern will be exposed to day-to-day HR processes including system updates, documentation, and filing practices, gaining practical skills in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of employment contracts and related documentation.
- Support the update and maintenance of employee records in the HR system.
- Help compile HR working papers and reports.
- Organize and maintain HR files (digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Follow up with internal departments on documentation matters when required.
Skills and Experiences
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of HR processes or experience with administrative tasks.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Organized and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
