Job Overview
To assist the Director in any administrative tasks and clerical support. Responsible to manage the day-to-day operation at Centre such as managing teaching learning system, venue booking, ensuring availability of equipment and facilities, maintain and update filings, documentations, meetings and other support. To assist on manage and prepare student’s results for the endorsement at centre and university level.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Academic management processes for Language, General Studies and University subjects
- Assist Assistant Executive in all clerical support in the center such as emails, letters, inquiries, report and minutes.
- Manage all document filling in the centre to ensure record traceability.
- Assist Director in operating the centre
Skills and Experiences
Required Qualifications
- Diploma level
- 2 years working experience
- Clerical and filling knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree level
- 2 years working experience.
- Good computer and communication skills
