Job Overview
To drive local student recruitment through school engagement, education fair participation, and effective lead handling. This role also supports international enrolment activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage school relationships and ensure timely outreach, updates, and visit coordination.
- Conduct student and parent consultations via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Guide students through the application and enrolment process, including documentation.
- Participate in roadshows, education fairs, school events, and campus open days.
- Track local leads, follow up on inquiries, and report on conversion and campaign
- performance.
- Provide insights on student behaviour, school trends, and competitive activities in assigned regions.
- Assist in execution of outreach strategies and contribute to student enrolment growth.
- Support international student enrolment activities and the overall enrolment process.
- Support the line manager in strategy execution, data reporting, lead tracking, and other assigned duties.
Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese or other dialects are an advantage).
- Familiar with online communication platforms and CRM systems.
- Possess own transport. Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours (e.g., school events, weekends).
- Proactive, people-oriented, and goal-driven.
