(TH) Executive (Account Payable) – Temp Hiring

This position is responsible for account payable, invoicing, payment, vendor reconciliation, petty cash claim, etc

• To process all incoming invoices in a timely manner and ensure information is accurate, Keying-in all the invoices verified, accrued the expenses into SAP B1 system;
• Interact with vendors and stakeholder effectively and able to solve queries efficiently within reasonable expected time frame;
• Proactively follow up with process owner for invoices that have discrepancies
• Verify and track vendor payments and maintaining the historical records;
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve problems within reasonable expected time frame;
• Assist AP Team Lead on any account payable tasks or month-end account closing related duties;
• Prepare payment to vendors, advance payment, staff claims, petty cash, EMGS, students refund and statutory payment;
• Perform account payable statement of account reconciliation, assist in bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation;
• Address issues -missing invoices, incomplete bank details, payment delays by contacting requestors (students, vendors, and staffs);

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or having a recognized professional qualification in Accountancy;
• Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, specializing in GL reporting and full set of account;
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and other business partners throughout the organization; Able to think critically and grasp new concepts quickly;
• Experience with SAP system is an added advantage; and
• Flexible, organized and able to work under time constraints and deadlines
