Job Overview

This role will be pivotal in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of the company. This position will oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Applicants should have solid HR management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering positive work environments.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, mentorship, and professional development focused on process improvement, and digitization.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes from sourcing to coordination of hiring documentation for Group-wide recruitment activities.
  • Work closely with hiring manager to determine the needs and expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles Group-wide.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure that there is a pool of qualified candidates available for all positions and that the job openings are filled by the required timelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date tracker of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition, incorporating new insights and innovations into recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in job fairs and professional events to support employer branding.
  • Provide monthly Management reports on recruitment demographics and insights.
  • Set and manage KPIs for team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior to support Group-wide HR operations, from time to time.

Skills and Experiences

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • An excellent communicator, verbal and written, with customer centricity and ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with analytical and critical thinking.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualification and Skills:
