Digital Platforms Associate (WordPress) – Continuing Education and Training

As a Digital Platforms Associate, you will join a company that values its employees, fostering a friendly and supportive work environment. In this role, you will play a key part in the development, management, and optimization of our digital platforms, focusing on our WordPress websites, Learning Management System (LMS) and social media platforms. This position is ideal for someone early in their career, with 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience.

• Develop, manage, and optimize our WordPress websites and LMS, serving as the primary contact for all related matters.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of WordPress and LMS into our broader digital platform strategy.
• Use data for continuous improvement of our digital platforms.
• Work closely with non-technical team members to implement and troubleshoot digital solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, particularly in WordPress, to continuously enhance our platforms.

• Degree in computer science or similar
• 1-2 years of experience working with WordPress, including theme and plugin management and development if necessary.
• Solid understanding of PHP and MySQL databases.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Familiarity with general web server administration, particularly using cPanel.
• Ability to code is an advantage.
• Experience managing social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong data orientation, with the ability to locate, generate, and utilize data to drive improvements.
• Strong communication skills in both English and BM.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using Zoom and Microsoft Teams for remote communication.
